Analyst/ Associate

Main responsibilities
  • Assist the department in conducting market research and data analysis to provide data support and market information for early project decision-making.

  • Participate in the preliminary screening and evaluation of projects and assist in preparing project proposals and related reports.

  • Handle corporate finance projects including Pre-IPO advisory, HK/US IPO, financial advisory on Listing Rules and/ or Takeovers Code related transactions, compliance advisory projects, etc.

  • Participate in entire project execution work including drafting of materials in Chinese and English, due diligence, research on financial analysis, modeling and evaluation activities relating to execution of corporate finance projects.

  • Participate in investment negotiations and transaction structure design, learning and understanding the basic processes of the business.

  • Liaise with professional parties, investors and regulators on all matters arising in connection with the transaction and listing application.

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.


Onboarding requirements
  • University degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline

  • 2-3 years experience in capital markets with minimum 1 years’ experience in corporate finance/ audit (excellent profile and resources with less experience would also be considered)
  • Strong sense of logic, data analysis skills and financial knowledge, proficient in using Office and related financial analysis software.
  • Proficient writing skills in both Chinese and English, self-motivated, good communication skills, and a team-oriented spirit are required, with the ability to work under high-pressure environments.
  • Ability to self-learn new knowledge and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Willing to travel occasionally

  • Priority will be given to those who have taken the CFA, CPA or other financial certification exams, or have relevant internship experience.

  • More experience will be considered for the post of Senior position.
Analyst/ Associate

Main responsibilities
  • Assist in asset management product design and portfolio management.

  • Assist in the development of investment solutions for high net worth clients and institutional clients.

  • Responsible for writing project survey reports and feasibility analysis reports.

  • To follow up the project reserve, filtering, project, assessment, decision, report, post-investment management and exit and other aspects.

  • Communicate closely with the company's senior management team, clients and professional third parties (such as lawyers, administrators and auditors).

  • Ensure business compliance with relevant laws and regulations.



Onboarding requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Finance, Economics

  • 2 or more years of relevant working experience in the financial industry

  • Working experience in Big 4 or other equivalent companies is preferred

  • Professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CFA) is preferred

  • Good command of MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and financial modelling

  • Strong financial analysis and research analytical skills, as well as organisational and problem solving skills

Intern

Main responsibilities
  • Assist in analyzing financial statements and market data to support investment decisions.

  • Provide daily support and services to the investment department management team, support the team in managing and monitoring investment portfolios.

  • Research on PE investment project.

  • Assist in customer service for high-net-worth clients.

  • Assist in the fund set-up process from scratch and fund operations.

  • Outstanding performance during the internship may lead to a full-time job offer.


Onboarding requirements
  • Available to work at least 3 full days per week on-site during the internship period.

  • Energetic, self-motivated, with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team player, detail-oriented, and precise.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
